We have a fourteen (14) day return policy. If you receive broken or damaged merchandise please contact The 3rd Drawer to request a replacement order of merchandise. There will be no cost to the customer for reorders of damaged merchandise, however all broken or damaged merchandise must be returned to The 3rd Drawer at the expense of the customer. Your claim will be processed immediately upon The 3rd Drawer receiving the damaged merchanise.If your broken or damaged merchandise is no longer in stock or available, we, The 3rd Drawer reserves the right to replace your order with simular merchandise of equal value. All non-defective returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee upon return.
